We love welcoming families and groups! Here’s our underage participant policy:
Smash Room Experiences: Participants ages 8-13 must have a parent/guardian PARTICIPATING with them. Participants ages 14-17 must have a parent/guardian IN THE BUILDING for the duration of the experience.
Splatter Room Experiences: Participants ages 3-10 must have a parent/guardian PARTICIPATING with them. Participants ages 11-15 must have a parent/guardian IN THE BUILDING for the duration of the experience.
**ALL SMASH ROOM PARTICIPANTS UNDER 18 MUST HAVE WAIVER & RELEASE FORM SIGNED BY A PARENT/GUARDIAN

Yes! All Splatter Room experiences include on 16 × 20 inch canvas per person, which will be yours to keep. If you’d like an additional canvas, you can select that as an add-on option when you book your experience.

All Splatter Room Experiences include a full cart of a wide variety of paint colors and tools to use for brushing, splattering, tossing, squirting and swirling paint; you’ll have access to all of it to create your work of art.
Smash Room participants will be able to select tools from our weapons wall to use during their experience. However, due to limited and unpredictable inventory, we do not allow selection of specific smash items.

We’d love to host your birthday party, team building activity or other special event. Just give us a call to talk about your specific needs and learn what we can offer.

Our cancellation policy is as follows: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, we understand that plans can change. If you are unable to make your reservation, you may reschedule one time free of charge or request a credit to use for a future session—as long as you contact us at least one hour prior to your scheduled time.
No-shows and late cancellations (within one hour of your session) are not eligible for rescheduling or credit.
As a primarily appointment-based studio, we staff and prepare specifically for each booking. This includes custom paint mixing, smash room setup, station prep, and safety gear arrangements—all done in advance for your visit. Last-minute changes directly impact our small team.

We accept smash room donations! Please see below for acceptable and unacceptable items.
Items we accept:
Alcohol/wine bottles
Flat screen TVs or computer monitors (No CRT or projection TVs)
Glassware, dishes, ceramics
Computers/laptops (batteries removed)
Small household appliances (coffee makers, toasters, alarm clocks, etc)
Printers (ink removed)
Small wooden furniture
Mirrors
Computer accessories (keyboards, mice,etc)
DVD, VCRs, CD players
Telephones
Cameras
Items we do NOT accept:
Cell phones
Tablets
Any item containing lithium batteries
Air conditioners
Washers/Dryers
Refrigerators
Microwaves
Any items with hazardous materials inside
Liquids or food waste
Bongs, smoking pipes, hookahs
Solid plastic items
Couches
Mattresses
Toilets
Furniture covered in fabric
If you’d like to bring your own item to smash, there is a $15 fee. Please call us for specific approval and availability.

For solo and couple sessions, it’s possible that other sessions will take place simultaneously. However, we are intentional about not over-crowding the space to ensure you have plenty of room to move freely.
Group experiences will reserve the entire space for your group.

If space is available, we are happy to accommodate walk-in experiences, especially for solo and couple sessions. However, we always recommend booking online or calling beforehand to check!

If space is available in the next time block, you may purchase additional time, but this is not guaranteed.

Food and beverages are not allowed inside the Splatter or Smash Rooms unless specifically permitted for a party or special event.
What to expect
Dress the part.
This is not a place for your fancy or your favorite pieces. Wear old clothing (long pants and long sleeves for smash room experiences) that can get messy. And please, for the sake of your toes, wear close-toed shoes!
Arrive on Time.
Check in 10 minutes before your experience is scheduled to begin to check in and get prepped for your experience. We’ll walk you through the do’s and don’ts and make sure you’re prepared for fun.
Get your gear.
We’ll give you everything you need for the experience you’ve chosen. Choose tools from our Weapons Wall, suit up with panchos and goggles, get your paint cart full of fun things. You’ll be armed and ready.
Express yourself.
Break. Create. Get messy. Find the meaning, fun and community.
walk away smiling.
No cleanup for you. That’s our job! Just share your experience and make plans to come back!
Studio rules
DO wear long sleeves or pants (or coveralls/panchos provided
DO wear close-toed shoes
DO complete waiver and release form before you arrive
DO use only the tools provided to you for smashing and painting
DO share your experience! Tag us on socials and tell your friends.
DON’T Run/push/shove or throw items at other participants
DON’T Climb or stand on furniture
DON’T Use hands or feet as destruction tools
DON’T Strike your own or others’ bodies with tools
DON’T Be late! We can not extend session time for late arrivals.
